About the Role

Prime Baltic Associates is looking for experienced welders (TIG, MIG/MAG, MMA) to join our international shipbuilding projects across Europe.

You will work on modern vessels and marine engineering systems, performing high-precision welding tasks in cooperation with leading shipyards and industrial partners. This role is ideal for professionals who value quality, precision, and teamwork in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform TIG, MIG/MAG and MMA welding on metal structures and piping systems
Weld pipes, angles, and various metal components according to technical requirements
Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
Ensure high-quality and precise welds in line with shipbuilding standards
Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines
Follow safety and quality requirements in shipyard environments

Requirements

Proven experience in TIG / MIG/MAG / MMA welding
Ability to work with technical drawings and specifications
Experience in metalworking, piping or shipbuilding projects
Good attention to detail and quality
Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to work in Latvia and international projects
