GM500A is a semi-submersible accommodation unit built for Axis Offshore at the COSCO Qidong Shipyard in China, designed to provide offshore living and operational facilities for personnel working on energy and marine projects. The unit includes accommodation, catering, and technical service areas required for long-term offshore operations.

2014
During the early construction phase of the GM500A project, PBA teams carried out installation works including catering areas, cold rooms, refrigeration systems, and cabin-related infrastructure, supporting the development of living and service facilities required for offshore operations.

2016
In a later phase of the project, Prime Baltic Associaties continued work on GM500A by installing catering area infrastructure and refrigeration systems, contributing to the completion and operational readiness of the offshore accommodation unit.
